Who runs it
JW Backoffice is run in a personal capacity by the administrators of the platform: appointed men who use it in their own congregations too.
For any question, use the form on the Contact page.
An unofficial service
JW Backoffice is not a program of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was created and is run independently, as a help for the congregations that freely choose to use it. What “unofficial” means
No guarantee
The service is offered as it is, with care but without guarantees: it may have interruptions or errors. Each congregation remains responsible for its data and for how it uses the platform, and can download all its data at any time.
Names used
Names such as those of the meeting parts or of the forms (for example S-13) are used only to describe what the program does.
Personal data and cookies
Each congregation decides which data to enter and remains responsible for them; JW Backoffice processes them on its behalf, on servers in the European Union. Each congregation accepts the documents that set this out before entering real data.
The site uses only technical cookies: see which ones.
Credits
