An unofficial service

JW Backoffice is not a program of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was created and is run independently, as a help for the congregations that freely choose to use it.

It is not connected with the official website jw.org, with the branch offices or with any other entity used by Jehovah's Witnesses, and it is not recommended or checked by them. It does not speak on their behalf.

It does not replace the directions and the tools of the organization: where these give instructions, those instructions always come first. The body of elders of each congregation decides freely whether to use JW Backoffice, and can stop at any time, taking all its data with it.

Names such as those of the meeting parts or of the forms (for example S-13) are used only to describe what the program does.
